I wanted to paint an artwork that represents growth and how uncomfortable the journey can be sometimes. I’ve spent hours chipping away at this artwork day by day over the last month, using tubes and tubes of paint and working my way through the battles I’ve had with myself whilst painting this magical place, inspired by capri. I called this painting ‘Bloom’, signifying flourishing at my own pace, just like I’m meant to and just how it’s written x
